Why invest in Pipa and Brazil?
Taking a closer look at Brazil it is easy to see why it has become such a hot spot for investors:
• Increasing tourism – Pipa is one of the most popular
tourist destinations in Brazil.
• Short travel time - closest point to Europe, six and a half hours flight from
Lisbon.
• Strong Brazilian economy and appreciating currency.
• Tropical climate all year round (26-30 degrees).
• Low cost of living - you get lunch for £2 (2.60 Euros) and a beer
costs 40p (0.50 Euros).
• Political stability.
Brazil’s economy is experiencing rapid growth and the country
is tipped as a future powerhouse economy. The economic potential of Brazil along with Russia, India and China
(referred to as the BRIC-countries) is such that they may become
among the four most dominant economies within the next few decades.
Polls undertaken by the Brazilian tourist authorities conclude
that 96 per cent of those who have visited the country would like
to return. With the World Cup hosted in 12 Brazilian cities, including
Natal, in 2014, even more visitors will experience the country.
Two years later there is the Olympics in Brazil to look forward
to.
It's still early days for tourism development in the North East of Brazil, where Pipa is situated. Estate agents
are experiencing increased interest in Brazil property and some expect prices to double over the next three years.
Attractive rental market
Pipa attracts tourists from Brazil and Europe alike, and established
resorts enjoy high occupancy rates. Around Christmas and New Year,
Carnival and Easter every room in Pipa is booked, and prices reflect
this by increasing hugely over the holidays.
